Srinithi Creatives provides customized services including but not limited to:

  • Aari embroidery work
  • Bridal blouse stitching
  • Designer blouse stitching
  • Custom tailoring
  • Alterations (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and confirmation by the Company.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after design discussion and approval.
  • An advance payment may be required before commencement of work.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Measurements & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
  • We are not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Alterations may be offered at additional cost where applicable.

4. Pricing & Quotations

  • Prices vary depending on embroidery complexity, fabric type, customization, and design detailing.
  • Final pricing will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to initiate work.
  • Full payment must be completed before delivery or collection of the garment.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable after work has commenced, due to the customized nature of the services.

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Estimated completion and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Timelines may vary during peak seasons such as wedding or festival periods.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once embroidery or stitching work has begun.
  • Since our services involve customized and handmade work, refunds are not applicable after production has started.
  • Any approved cancellations prior to commencement of work may be subject to administrative charges.

8. Product Variations

  • Minor variations in embroidery patterns, thread work, or stitching may occur due to the handmade nature of Aari work.
  • Slight color differences may appear due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
  • Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

9. Fabric & Material Provided by Customer

If the customer provides fabric:

  • The Company is not responsible for defects, shrinkage, or damage due to fabric quality.
  • The Company shall not be liable for damage arising from weak, delicate, or unsuitable materials supplied by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, branding elements, and original embroidery designs are the intellectual property of Srinithi Creatives.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Srinithi Creatives shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage resulting from improper garment care
  • Loss arising from misuse of the finished product
  • Minor variations inherent in handmade embroidery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, hack, or disrupt website functionality
  • Not to copy or distribute website content without authorization
  • To provide accurate information when submitting forms or enquiries

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, supply disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
